The Governor of Anbar Visits the Saqlawiya Gas Plant and Directs Officials to Organize Distribution and Increase Production
The governor of Anbar, Engineer Omar Mash'an Dabous, conducted a field visit today, Wednesday, to the Saqlawiya Government Gas Plant to inspect operations and monitor the mechanisms for the production and distribution of gas cylinders. He was accompanied by Provincial Council member Mr. Saad Ghazi and a number of relevant directors.
The governor reviewed the various stages of production and the distribution mechanisms in place, directing that the process be organized in a more streamlined and precise manner to ensure that gas reaches citizens fairly and regularly, and to minimize congestion and confusion during distribution.
He also directed that production rates be increased and the plant’s operational capacity be enhanced in line with demand, in addition to intensifying on-site oversight of all stages of distribution to prevent any instances of manipulation or exploitation and ensure the smooth delivery of the material to beneficiaries.
The governor emphasized that the local government is closely and continuously monitoring this issue and is working to take the necessary measures to bring it under control and ensure stability in the distribution process, in a way that meets citizens’ needs and protects their rights.
